Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst/IT Generalist
(Remote) to support Veteran Affairs operations.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve help desk tickets and interact professionally with end
users
Develop and maintain help desk processes and documentation while
collaborating with cross-functional teams
Create reports and manage the suspended-user process, ensuring
timely support during designated hours
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience or
equivalent
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong understanding of help desk and ticketing systems,
particularly ServiceNow
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a public-facing help desk
role
Dependable availability for support during specified hours
