Job Description:
A company is looking for a Real Time Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor intra-day real-time performance and service levels across
all supported teams
Manage real-time resource allocations and escalate staffing changes
as necessary
Produce timely reports on performance trends and provide feedback
to leadership
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Advanced MS Excel skills, including spreadsheets, formulas, and
charts
Ability to identify data abnormalities and trends
Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong desire to help others and tackle work proactively
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
