Job Description:
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to manage
and administer employee rewards and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and implement total rewards programs, health and wellness
initiatives, and retirement plans
Develop communication materials and strategies to enhance employee
understanding of benefits
Oversee benefit vendor relationships and respond to employee
benefit inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or
equivalent experience
At least three (3) years of experience in a compensation and
benefits role
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Thorough knowledge of benefits and 401(k) plans
Professional designations such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or CEBS
preferred
