Weekends: no weekends
General Information: Number of Beds - fully staffed 15-16 exams/day
Number of Staff - 3 techs currently
Patient Ratios - exams heavily outpatient with 3-4 inpatient exams daily and a few ED exams / weekly
Type of equipment - GE 450 wide bore scanner
EMR - Meditech and FUJI PACS
Job Requirements
Must have: MRI registered with the ARRT
At least 1 year of experience
Preferred: Ability to work independently
Familiar with GE MRI equipment
Confident with magnet safety
Schedule Information
Shift: 3p-11p
Weekends: no weekends
Unit Specific Information
Routine extremities / Brain / Spine with and without contrast
Some abdominal studies / MRI prostates
We do NOT do sedated patients / Do NOT do anesthesia cases / Do NOT do CARDIC cases
We transport our own patients to and from the unit
Best personality Fit: Works well in a small group. Enjoys working in a smaller facility
Dress Code: Scrub Color - All black
