A company is looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to develop thought leadership content and represent the organization at industry events.



Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling, differentiated, and feature-accurate content for the Service Management solution
Act as a spokesperson, providing insights and thought leadership at industry conferences and events
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance understanding of the Service Management solution


Required Qualifications

Expertise in Service Management with hands-on experience in implementing solutions
7+ years of experience in technical product marketing, solutions consulting, or product management within ITSM, ESM, or ITOM
Comprehensive understanding of ITSM and IT operations leaders' priorities
Outstanding public speaking abilities and experience representing organizations at industry events
Relevant certifications in ITSM or related fields are advantageous
