Hillside : PCU Building: 1 General Information Tell us about the unit(s):Unit Specifics: Number of Beds -: 14 Number of Staff Type of staff: Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift - Patient Ratios : 1:4 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : RNs and PCTs Type of equipment - : Chest Tubes, IV Pumps, various other drains EMR -Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend Floating policy: Must be available to float to other units Patient Experience requirements: Positive, patient entered, critical thinking, team player, engaged Hospital Specifics- Certifications: BLS, ACLS Typical hiringHiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Requested Skill Set: Must have: candidates without these BLS, ACLS Advanced skills will not be considered for the role.needed: Knowledge of medication drips, central lines, heart cath recovery Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
