MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (Electro-Mechanical) Wichita, KS Our client is a US based, medium size aerospace manufacturing company with a small company feel. They have a healthy work-life balance work culture and a flat organizational structure which allows for improved collaboration, easier decision making and more effective communication between leadership and all team members. They have frequent events that keep work fun and interesting. We are looking for someone with a BSME degree and at least 7 years of electro-mechanical design experience. Electro-mechanical design experience in the aerospace industry is a huge plus. Advanced skills using SolidWorks in required. Electro - Mechanical design experience with electronic enclosures, sheet metal, extrusions, molding, machining and electrical systems. Starting base salary is $85 - 110k DOE. Great benefits including company provided health insurance and matching 401k. Relocation assistance available. Remote / Hybrid work is not an option. Client is not willing to sponsor a US work visa.
