Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Army Account Director.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement business plans aligned with customer needs and
strategic direction
Define sales strategies and build relationships with key
stakeholders through value-based selling
Manage complex contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with
security and legal measures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of enterprise software sales experience within
the federal government, particularly in the DoD
Proficiency in a sales methodology such as Value Selling or
Challenger Selling
Experience with cloud technology, preferably SaaS
Outstanding interpersonal skills
