A company is looking for a Pre-sales Technical Solutions
Consultant specializing in ServiceNow ITSM and CSM.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales teams to propose tailored solutions using
ServiceNow platforms
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to
showcase ServiceNow solutions
Engage with client stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities
with business goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales or technical
consulting roles focused on ServiceNow products
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
required
Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions
Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP
APIs
