Job Description: As a Construction Foreman, you'll lead teams in commercial construction. You'll manage projects, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with various stakeholders. Your role is pivotal in meeting project deadlines and maintaining high work quality. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage teams. - Oversee project planning, execution, and completion. - Ensure all work meets ADA and OSHA standards. - Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients. - Manage schedules, materials, and equipment usage. Requirements: - Experience: At least 3 years in commercial construction, with experience in a supervisory role. - Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills (blueprint reading, setting elevations, layout, carpentry, heavy equipment, etc.). - Qualifications: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to pass drug test and physical. - Adaptability: Willing to work nights and in various weather conditions. - Language: Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
