Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project-specific customer design workshops in collaboration
with implementation partners
Translate future-state designs into functional experiences,
refining these through validation processes
Serve as the intermediary among customers, third-party design
teams, and stakeholders to ensure optimal functionality,
scalability, and security
Required Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with additional
mainline certification (e.g., CAD, CIS-ITSM)
Proficient in gathering requirements and drafting technically
focused user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing
strategies
Ability to translate future-state designs into functional
experiences, refining through validation
Experience in working with non-profit organizations is
preferred
Expertise in Agile Methodology and Project Management
