Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to
manage customer disputes and payments while ensuring accurate
account balances.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead weekly aging review meetings and provide updates on past due
accounts
Conduct credit assessments for customers and process necessary
credits and adjustments
Compile documentation for audits and assist with month-end close
activities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes
Experience with NetSuite and MS Office, particularly Excel
Understanding of data analysis
