A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Operations
Development & Deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives to
enhance operational performance and member experience
Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training and change
management approaches for successful initiative deployment
Monitor operational effectiveness and address issues proactively
while capturing learnings for future initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, law, or a
related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare provider setting or
value-based operations
Familiarity with healthcare landscape and community health
needs
Experience with data tools and creating dashboards for
decision-making
Hands-on operations leadership experience with a focus on team
building and stakeholder relationships
