Job Description:
A company is looking for a Thumbnail Designer to create engaging
graphics for various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design complex thumbnails for various topics
Work with RAW photos and screenshots to create eye-catching
graphics
Collaborate with the content production team to ensure high-quality
designs
Required Qualifications
Fluent spoken English (B2-C1 level minimum)
Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail
Experience in YouTube thumbnails, photo retouching, or social media
graphics
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory) and Adobe Illustrator
(preferred)
Experience working with text-to-image AI tools
