Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate to
interface directly with customers and resolve support tickets.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for support tickets and
respond to customers via email
Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and customers to
resolve issues
Maintain up-to-date records and provide timely feedback to
customers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years of prior support experience
Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and
Jira
Flexibility in hours and ability to work with a sense of
urgency
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
