Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual in Spanish Customer Service
Representative I to provide support to health plan members and
providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound inquiries regarding health plan benefits, claims,
and other healthcare-related topics
Document relevant information and communicate effectively to
resolve customer issues
Meet established performance goals in areas such as efficiency,
accuracy, and member satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Education:
Bilingual in Spanish and English
At least 1 year of call center experience
Ability to handle a heavy call volume of 50-100 calls daily
High School diploma or GED is required
Knowledge of managed care and health insurance programs is a
plus
