Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Resolution Specialist
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to mortgage
servicing issues
Track, document, and manage complaints from receipt to
resolution
Communicate with customers via phone, email, or written
correspondence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is
preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or mortgage
servicing
Familiarity with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)
guidelines
Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer and
phone
Ability to work in a standard office environment with minimal
physical demands
