Description & Requirements
Number of Beds -26
Patient Ratios - 1:1 high risk labor&c-sections; 1:2
antepartum, PPROM, PTL on mag, PP on mag; 1:3 PP mag no baby, Out
patients
Type of equipment - Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, Monica Novii
telemetry, CPN(GE) monitor
EMR - CPN gold, Meditech
Must have:
Circulate C-sections
Preferred or nice to have:
Labor and delivery experience more than 2 years
High risk LDR experience
List typical procedures:
C-sections, Inductions, AROM, IUPC, DFM, Doppler
Perks:

team works together well to cover the staffing needs of the
unit.
Strong leadership team that is supportive of nurses and can all
work the floor when/if needed.
Many tenured nurses with 20-40 years of experience.
New OB Hospitalist program began in April, and gives attending
support to the residency program, and nurses working triage. About
