  • Level 1 Trauma Center 16 bed Trauma Intensive Care Unit.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must be AHA certified for BLS and ACLS.
    • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
    • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment.
    • Completed Ascension Specialty Exam prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter.
    • Completed Ascension Color Vision prior to start and updated every 3 years.
    • Completed Ascension Core Competencies within a year of start and updated yearly.
    • Completed Ascension EKG Exam prior to start and updated every 3 years.
    • Completed Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation prior to first assignment.
    • Completed Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding prior to first assignment.
    • Completed Ascension Nova StatStrip prior to first assignment.
    • Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer prior to first assignment.
    • Completed Fit Test prior to start, can be completed onsite.
    • Documentation of vaccination series completion or declination to vaccine prior to first assignment.
    • Completed Health Statement prior to first assignment and updated annually thereafter.
    • 1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start.
    • Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines or serological evidence of immunity prior to first assignment.
    • Valid Tdap vaccine prior to first assignment.
