  • Level 1 Trauma Center 16 bed Trauma Intensive Care Unit.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must be AHA certified in BLS and ACLS.
    • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
    • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
    • Completed Ascension Specialty Exam prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter.
    • Completed Ascension Color Vision prior to start and updated every 3 years.
    • Completed Ascension Core Competencies within a year of start updated yearly.
    • Completed Ascension EKG Exam prior to start and updated every 3 years.
    • Completed Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation prior to start.
    • Completed Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding prior to start.
    • Completed Ascension MOAB prior to start.
    • Completed Ascension Nova StatStrip prior to start.
    • Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer prior to start.
    • Completed Fit Test prior to start.
    • Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine prior to start.
    • Completed Health Statement prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter.
    • Driver's License/State ID must not be expired and must match address on file.
    • Completed 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) prior to start.
    • Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines or serological evidence of immunity prior to start.
    • Valid Tdap vaccine prior to start.
    • Completed Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start; updated annually for specialty.
    • Completed Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to the start of the first assignment.
