  • Patient Ratios - 1:6
  • Type of equipment - patient lifts; iSTAT, glucometer, administer inhalers/breathing treatments, EMR - Meditech Magic
  • Assist in rehabilitation care plan established by interdisciplinary team
  • Lab draws, IV meds as needed, blood administration as needed, head to toe assessments
  • Enjoys educating patients and family members on care plan/rehabilitation program
  • Good communication skills
  • Empathetic and patient advocate
    • Job Requirements
    • LPN must be IV certified
    • BLS certified
    • ACLS certified within 90 days
      • Schedule Information
      • Night Shift - 7P - 7A
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Follow Wesley Healthcare main campus policies/guidelines

          • New rehabilitation hospital opening October 1, 2024
          • State of the art equipment and work closely with an interdisciplinary team
