    - Night Shift - 8 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs

      - 37 beds in unit
      - Staff numbers: Day Shift - 8 RNs, Night Shift - 8 RNs
      - Patient Ratios - 1:6; 1:4 for Heart Cath patients
      - Type of equipment - PCA Pumps, IV pumps, Chest Tubes
      - EMR - Meditech
      - Typical procedures performed on unit(s): Central lines, Medication drips, Heart Cath recovery, Bubble studies
      - Best personality Fit: Positive Attitude/Engaged, Independent, Strong critical thinking skills
