A company is looking for a Program Manager, Quantitative
Research Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the internal survey program and oversee day-to-day
operations of the survey review and approval process
Translate quant research needs to internal tooling teams and drive
opportunities for innovation and efficiency
Develop and manage a streamlined survey review process and maintain
documentation and training on survey tooling
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in UX or market research operations with a
focus on quantitative research processes
Strong understanding of privacy policies impacting research data
processing
Experience with survey methodology, including design and
sampling
Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and work
independently
Experience creating documentation and training for technical
processes
