A company is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer to support strategic business objectives and lead cybersecurity operations.



Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor a comprehensive enterprise IT/OT cybersecurity program aligned with business objectives
Drive security standards and manage change across the organization, including policies and guidelines
Evaluate the organization's security threat detection, prevention, and response capabilities


Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field
7+ years of experience in information technology or operations technology with a focus on cybersecurity
Proven experience in contributing to information security strategy and programs in large enterprises
Understanding of various security platforms and layers, including firewalls and intrusion prevention systems
Experience with threat analysis, sensitive information protection, and incident response management
