Key Responsibilities
Own and cultivate relationships with clients to drive value and
user engagement
Manage commercial strategy by developing rapport with
decision-makers and identifying upsell opportunities
Contribute to building best-in-class practices within the Corporate
team
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
Ability to think holistically about accounts and build strategic
relationships
Passion for client success and proactive identification of
value-adding opportunities
Experience managing a high-touch, high-volume client base
Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment
