Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of talent acquisition
programs and vendor management
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and
data-driven decisions
Negotiate contracts and assess talent acquisition vendors for
cost-effectiveness and quality
Required Qualifications
10+ years in progressive Talent Acquisition roles, including
leadership experience
4+ years designing and leading global talent programs focused on
recruitment
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong project management and process improvement expertise
Advanced knowledge of global HR compliance and employment laws
