A company is looking for a SVP, Product Management to lead the
strategic direction of Commercial Lines and drive
profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for Commercial
Lines products
Design and implement new package products, ensuring alignment with
risk management goals
Collaborate with IT and actuarial teams to enhance product
offerings and ensure effective project prioritization
Required Qualifications
10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in product management
for small commercial insurance
Proven success in managing pricing sophistication, coverage form
development, and portfolio management
Experience in sourcing data for pricing and converting insights
into market actions
Strong influential management skills and stakeholder engagement
capabilities
Experience with automation optimization is preferred
