Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Instructional Design &
Program Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the revisions and operations for the Obstetric Patient
Safety Program and oversee customer inquiries
Translate subject matter expertise into instructional content and
collaborate with SMEs during all project phases
Develop and evaluate customer service policies and support
marketing efforts for educational programs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing complex programs
At least 5 years of experience in instructional design
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, instructional
technology, or equivalent work experience
Strong proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative
Suite and Articulate 360
In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design
models
