Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Training Manager for Ring
Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end associate training programs, including needs
analysis, management, and execution
Collaborate with Operations leadership to assess and prioritize
training needs and facilitate training delivery
Utilize data to improve training quality and effectiveness, while
building relationships with stakeholders to enhance learning
opportunities
Required Qualifications
Experience in contact centers, either in training or operations
Proven ability to manage teams and support their growth
Experience in planning, implementing, and measuring training across
multiple sites
Knowledge of learning and training practices, including
collaboration with subject matter experts
Competent in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
