Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Manager
responsible for managing and administering global payroll and
benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage global payroll, ensuring compliance with local
tax and labor laws
Administer employee benefits programs globally while ensuring
competitiveness and compliance
Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries related to
payroll and benefits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in global payroll processing and benefits
administration
Strong understanding of international labor laws and tax
regulations
Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel
skills
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a
plus
