Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Account Manager to
oversee billing processes and manage financial relationships with
facility partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts, addressing billing concerns and
ensuring timely invoice payments
Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to chase customers with past
due account balances
Resolve customer invoice disputes and collaborate with internal
teams on billing-related initiatives
Required Qualifications
Experience in relationship management and billing processes
preferred
Willingness to work with US working hours
Strong financial acumen to build trust with providers and
healthcare executives
Ability to articulate billing processes and educate stakeholders on
invoicing procedures
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market
