Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Preparer.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with simple tax questions and help prepare their
returns
Utilize virtual tools and resources for collaboration and customer
updates
Perform administrative tasks including data entry and document
organization for tax preparation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3+ years of paid tax preparation experience with federal and state
individual 1040 tax returns
Prior experience in a tax firm or retail setting
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Willingness to obtain a tax credential or certification
Must complete 24 hours of training and evaluation before
production
