Key Responsibilities
Guide leads through the sales process, customizing offerings to
meet client needs
Utilize Salesforce for lead creation and management, including cold
calling and emailing
Provide feedback to the Marketing Team on the quality of leads
generated
Required Qualifications
Prior experience as a sales development representative with a
proven sales record
Two or more years of experience in the independent financial
distribution industry preferred
Strong rapport-building skills and ability to connect with
consumers nationwide
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging
situations
High integrity and capability to establish trusting
relationships
