Minimum 1+ years imaging experience required.Hospital in Wichita, Kansas Needs Help CT Tech Travel JobThis travel position offers a unique weekend schedule (Saturdays & Sundays, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), allowing you to enjoy weekdays for personal pursuits.Responsibilities:Perform high-quality CT scans (Head, Cervical Spine, Chest, Abdomen, Pelvis) on adult and occasional pediatric patients primarily from the ED.Conduct CTA (Computed Tomographic Angiography) scans on chest, neck, and abdomen.Utilize advanced protocols for CT Head Stroke and other specialized procedures.Assist X-ray technologist when needed, especially during OR procedures.Maintain meticulous scan documentation using Meditech EMR and Fuji Synapse PACS (experience required).Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the examination process.Collaborate effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.Qualifications:Kansas CT license required.Minimum 2-3 years of CT experience preferred.Proficiency with Siemens Somatom Plus 128 slice CT scanner a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic workload that fluctuates with ED patient volume.Dependable and prompt with a strong work ethic.Direct Contact:678-538-6755by Jobble
